Timings: 0830-1600  Morning Dress: sports attire  Afternoon Dress: As per your Optional Training Group Lunch to be brought by each cadet with the option to purchase food at the canteen Cadets are asked to bring a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle to combat heat related injuries. 15 June — LAST DAY OF TRAINING

Timings: 0830-1600  Dress: sports attire  Lunch will be provided for all cadets who are present for training.    Cadets are asked to bring a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle to combat heat related injuries. – The summer training information session for interested parents will occur from 0900-1030. Parents of cadets who have been selected for summer training should have received their joining instructions and travel itineraries.  Paper copies will be available on Saturday morning.

08 June — Sports day

Timings: 0830 – 1600 Dress: Corps t shirt with sports attire Cadets are reminded to bring sunscreen, a hat and a water bottle to prevent heat related injuries. This will also be the last opportunity for cadets to participate in the cadet fitness incentive level for the training year.

01 June — Car Wash Fundraiser

Pointe Claire shopping mall parking lot (near Maxi) Cadets are to go directly to the car wash site – Timings: 0830 -1530 – Dress for the day will be cadet corps t shit with clothes that you are willing to get wet (good idea to have water shoes) – Lunch will be provided – It is important for cadets to bring a water bottle to remain hydrated, sunscreen and a hat to prevent sun related

Silver Star Expedition (17 to 19 May 2019)

SILVER STAR are expected to attend a mandatory weekend training activity to further their cadet careers. 1. Cadets to arrive at 4171 De L’Esplanade Avenue Montréal QC H2W 1S9 for bus transport. 2. Cadets are to arrive at no later than 19:00hr on friday night (17 May 2019). 3. No dinner will be provided. 4. Cadet drop off will be at 4171 De L’Esplanade Avenue Montréal QC H2W 1S9 May 19 2019 at 15:30hr 5.
