1.Do the minimum 15 minutes exercises routine by the British army (video below).
2. Post in the comments 2 photos of yourself (with the corps t-shirt)
-One doing the arabesque
-One of any other exercises from the video.
You can do this challenge multiple times during the week and don’t forget to stay hydrated
